Bhavana has over ten years of experience in handling patent research and analytics projects. She is an expert in patentability searches, litigation searches, offensive review, infringement analysis, landscaping, annuities assessment, and directed prosecution. She is trained and certified in US patent laws by Microsoft through Bell Certified (www.bellcertified.com).

She also has over fifteen years of experience in software development, IT consulting, and corporate training with specialization in database related software development for commercial applications. She has a rich client engagement and management experience of working with global brands such as Microsoft, UBS, Bell Northern Research Labs, GTZ, and UIUC.

Bhavana holds a masters in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a masters in Mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. She has recently completed courses in Machine Learning and Patent Drafting from Stanford University and WIPO respectively.

Rama has more than thirteen years of experience in Intellectual property (IP) rights. Rama has worked with CPA Global over thirteen years. Rama is trained in patentability searches, litigation searches, offensive review, infringement analysis, landscaping, patent analytics, annuities assessment, directed prosecution, patent drafting and office action response. Rama is also trained and certified in advances US patent laws by Microsoft through Bell Certified (www.bellcertified.com).

Rama holds a master’s in computer science and Engineering and a bachelor’s of Electronics and Communication engineering. Currently she is pursuing her law degree. She also holds advanced certificate in Intellectual Property from University of Washington School of Law Seattle (Centre for Advanced Study and Research on Innovation Policy (CASRIP) Summer Institute). She has the privilege of working with global brands such as Microsoft.
